RETURN POLICY
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMERCARE@VINGTQUATRE24.COM. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE MERCHANDISE FOR A FULL REFUND. ANY REQUEST FOR RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS, WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN UNALTERED CONDITION. ALL ORIGINAL LABELS/TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND THE ITEM SHOULD BE RETURNED IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING (INCLUDING PROTECTIVE POLY BAG, IF APPLICABLE). WE WILL ACCEPT ALL MERCHANDISE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION SLIP FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE IN THE PACKAGE SENT. RETURN PACKAGES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE. VQ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

VQ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IF YOUR RETURN IS REJECTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING THE REASON. IN THIS CASE, THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER.
